SHIPPING OPTIONS


shopenvycouture.com currently ships to the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses. We ship Standard Ground, 2 Day and Next Day delivery within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to post office Boxes. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. Next Day and 2 Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, shopenvycouture.com will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

STANDARD SHIPPING (7-10 business days)

All orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. We may contact you to verify additional information. Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2 DAY SHIPPING (2 business days)

2 Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. 2 Day delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or post office boxes.

• Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.

• Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.

• Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and will arrive Wednesday.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING (1 business day)

Next Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. Next Day delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or post office boxes.

•Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.

•Orders placed between 2 p.m. EST Thursday and 2 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Monday.

•Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Tuesday.

•Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, but are not limited to:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
United Parcel Service (UPS)
FedEX.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

You can choose to send a package to:

•The same address as the billing address on your credit card.

•An alternate address that you enter during checkout. Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address.

SHIPPING GIFTS

We can omit merchandise prices on the package receipt when the order is shipped as a gift.

ESTIMATING DELIVERY DATES

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

• Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Occasionally, your order may arrive in two or more packages. If your items are shipped separately, you will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER HISTORY

If you have placed an order at shopenvycouture.com we will send you an email confirming your order has been received and another email confirming that your order has shipped. You can check the current status of the order by using the information contained in the email you receive.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

shopenvycouture.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs. Refunds are limited to our online store only.

Shopenvycouture.com cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn,altered,washed or have tags removed.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please email shopenvycouture.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.If eligible, we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that is to placed on the outside of the box. shopenvycouture.com asks that items are returned within 10 days of the original date of shipment on the original packing slip.ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as a return. If you do not ship the shoes back by this method, shopenvycouture.COM will not be able to All returns must be sent via DHL/USPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless shopenvycouture.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
